Perched on a peaceful ridge with sweeping views of the forested hills, this villa-style resort offers a refined escape just minutes from Nainital’s most loved landmarks. Located only 1.7 km from Nainital Lake, 800 metres from Tiffin Top, and 1 km from Mall Road, it strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and seclusion.
This property was built in 1870 by the late Raja Ram Bhargava of Nainital, and its reception roof still retains the original 140-year-old Burmese teak wood.
