Two bedrooms, one pool and a stretch of lawn that belongs only to you, all of it wrapped in trees. This is the sort of place a family or a group of four can spread out in without ever losing sight of one another, with a shared living room at the centre and each bedroom opening into its own pocket of quiet.

One room is built around a tall four-poster in dark timber, framed by a glass wall that runs floor to ceiling and looks straight out over the water. The second sits lower and softer beneath a pitched wooden ceiling, with a bench at the foot of the bed and an armchair angled towards the window. Both bathrooms carry the same banded stone tiling, a sculpted backlit mirror and a rain shower, and one holds a freestanding tub for the end of a long day.
